Your site will be built on the Squarespace platform. You will pay a subscription fee directly to Squarespace. (Currently $276/year when paid annually; however, you receive a 20% discount off the first year for working with me as an official Squarespace Circle Member!)

As a Realtor, you can probably sell houses faster than you can build a website, so I want to use a platform that empowers you to manage your website easily after launch. Squarespace is the perfect choice with its many features:
Squarespace uses a drag-and-drop editing approach which makes it a breeze for users to update information.
Squarespace knows consumers view things on their phones a majority of the time, so they’ve made it easy to edit with the mobile optimization in mind.
Squarespace has all features built-in, so users don't have to install and update plugins frequently like in Wordpress which saves time.
Squarespace is an integrated platform, so design, domain & hosting can all be managed in one place, which makes managing a website easier.
Squarespace provides 24/7 online customer support. Which means, when I’m not around you still have access to quick technical support.

My package prices cover the design, project management and post-launch support of your custom website. The cost of a Squarespace membership is not included. The current Squarespace membership plans are billed annually. Depending on your design, you may also need to purchase licenses for third-party assets such as fonts, stock photos, custom graphics and eCommerce integration.
